Can't pay for subscription

For some reason I can't set up a payment for a subscription. I am using an English visa debit card but it keeps on saying error, all the details are correct

You need to remember to enter your postcode or zip code details when you enter your card details. I had the same problem not realising this!

What do you mean? Where is there a place to enter postcode or zip code details on the billing page?

I had the exact same problem and I had to solve it for myself after much trial and error. Clearly Vimeo/Stripe are the ones having a payment processing issue. Perhaps you guys could contact them and try to resolve it, rather than leave it up to us subscribers to figure out?

We pay Vimeo and Stripe to process subscriber transactions, and they successfully handle thousands of transactions for Guitar Wisdom in 90 countries every month. Your difficulties are not, by any stretch of the imagination, signs of a system-wide problem. Individual subscribers have encountered difficulties (e.g. invalid card number, incomplete address, and so on) and they have resolved those difficulties by providing correct and complete information. We have no access to the payment systems or your credit card data. Vimeo Support would be happy to help you with Guitar Wisdom transactions.

Hi, im from New Zealand and am having payment issues. I'm a big fan of Tomo and would love to join this course but I have tried multiple credit/debit cards and none of them work, the issue that comes up is: "this card has been declined" or something along those lines. Any suggestions or help available would be greatly appreciated :)

Hi. My credit card was blocked for most countries by my default security properties. I had to unblock my card for usa in my banking app.

I auto-filled my info at first and the subscription wouldn't process. When I filled in my credit card manually, it asked for cc#, expiration date, 3 digit code, AND THEN zip code. It was processed after I entered the info manually.
