How to Create Fluidity?
I notice Tomo’s strumming hand and it seems to move without any effort as well as his left hand. He, like other guitarists, move up and down the fretboard effortlessly.
Knowing which notes to play in advance helps us know where to move to on the fretboard. And that allows us to get there quickly and seemingly with little effort. So understanding theory is important to creating fluidity.
Still, even though I know where my fingers should move on the fretboard it seems as if I arrive to those notes sloppy like I just woke up after 4 hours of sleep.
My strumming hand and guitar neck hand (I am a leftie) always seem stuff and anxious.
How do you promote a relaxed strumming hand and fretboard hand?
Thanks
Rick
