Im having big problems with the browser and video content. The videos get stuck every 10 sec or so. starts buffing but nothing happens.

I have the same problem as well. I have tried using both Safari, Operta and google Chrome.
Video keeps buffering every 10 second or so.

this is just giving away cash for absolutely Nothing at this point. Website manager or whoever should fix this asap, not the customer

Exactly, leaving it up to the customer to solve these issues makes no sense. I stream tons of content with this same connection and this is the only website that give me this kind of trouble.

Hey, Guys, stop throwing hand grenades! You are venting your anger, but you are not solving any problems. This site is powered by Vimeo, and Tomo Fujita Guitar Wisdom is a Vimeo customer. We depend on Vimeo to keep Guitar Wisdom up and running. We have no access to the servers and other infrastructure streaming our videos. We, therefore, cannot fix a problem, and cannot even diagnose a problem.

Guitar Wisdom has subscribers from more than 65 countries. Only a handful of subscribers encounter technical difficulties, and of those, the vast majority successfully resolve their difficulties by working with Vimeo support. So, give them a chance to help you. They really are very good at what they do!

Note: Vimeo is based in New York, where state and local government, together with ordinary people, are undertaking drastic measures in response to a pandemic. So, if you wait a bit longer than usual for a response to your request for assistance, and you start to lose patience, please consider the burdens that others are carrying in this difficult time.

I am also having the same issue. It is extremely frustrating to be wasting precious practice time attending tech issues. Like other members have stated as a paying customer, this is your issue to resolve. I suggest getting onto Vimeo to up their game or alternatively using a different video provider as Vimeo appear to be lacking. Consequently, this is having a damaging effect to your site. It is such a shame that the hard work you guys have put in, creating the site is being diminished by a poor streaming service. Please do not take this criticism personally. I just want to enjoy the service I am paying for. P S it was the same before Corona.

Further to my last post, turning the video quality from auto to 240fps seems to alleviate the buffering. I just managed to watch an entire lesson without buffering (albeit with grainy picture quality). I hope this provides a quick fix whilst the main issue with Vimeo is resolved. Thanks Wayne.

Hi George. I’m one of the handful of customers who suffered video playback issues and have since had to cancel my subscription.

Thanks George . Yes you will see me again when you do. I’m still watching Tomo on You tube and trying not get distracted as per Tomo’s sage advice. The technical issues just ate into my practice time was all.

I see this is an old issue. I hope there is solution now.

I am a new subscriber, and I can't wait to start the course. But I could not watch the first video. It just shows a blank black window. After searching, people say this is vimeo issue on chrome browser. I have tried Edge with no luck :-(

Any help would be much appreciated.
