Hi Johnny. Try by typing 'run speed test' in to a Google search and test your internet speed. In peak periods mine is as slow as 2 mbps on the download and that's when tomos videos lag and buffer. Right now I'm getting 25 mbps and the lesson videos are working well no buffering. Previously i have tried lowering picture quality to 240 and 360 during peak internet usage times however the lesson videos still buffer and frezze. Hope this helps. Paul
