The videos still didn't working since 2 April 2020 after I subscribed.
I already send the report to the "Contact Support" but the videos still doesn't work.
Could you please help me with that.

I am sorry to learn of your difficulties. I am also perplexed, because the page that shows me the status of the Vimeo network is not currently available.
Did the Vimeo team respond to your request? I am aware that Vimeo has been slow to respond to certain other requests for help. Vimeo is based in New York, the epicenter of the pandemic in the United States.
I will follow up with Vimeo as best I can. Meanwhile, if you have never been able to play any of the videos here, please check the FAQ on this site, and be sure that you are using a compatible web browser and all the correct settings at your connection point.
If everything is in order at your end, we will need to figure out what is happening to the video stream between New York and Jakarta. Thanks for your patience.
