When i learn D minor triads should i call them D(Do) F(Mi) A(So)
or should i call them like they are in the C major scale like D(Re) F(Fa) A(La)

Good question, I had to google it and found a great explanation on the music version of stackexchange.
When singing Solfege with the triads, we are using 'Do' to denote the root of whichever chord we are playing.
It turns out there are sharps and flats in Solfege, so the triads would be sang as:
Major: Do, Mi, Sol
Minor: Do, Me, Sol
I'm not sure how to actually pronounce these, but I guess Solfege "Mi" is like the English word "me", and the Solfege "Me" is pronounced like the month of May
The scale including sharps and flats would be:
Do Di/Ra Re Ri/Me Mi Fa Fi/Se Sol Si/Le La Li/Te Ti Do
