Is been two weeks since I joined The Guitar Wisdom and is been really helpful
Major Scale to chords to triads chord inversion
But on the solo improvisation area I'm feeling like hitting a brick wall here
On lesson 016 it may sound simple but is hard to follow
I wish it could start a little simpler

Try starting at around 8:27 of the video. Listen to the backing track and play along with the rhythm to familiarize your self with the chord changes and counts or measure of each chord. Then try to play along with it using the triads of the chords on just the bottom 3 or 4 strings -- you can strum or do up/down arpeggio type run to start, changing the chord along with the backing track. Once you are able to play along comfortably with it, go back to around 1:20 of the video and watch Tomo demonstrate how to embellish those triads by adding other notes, chromatic, bends, slides, etc. You'll hear him say "first one" demonstrating solo ideas for A7 chord, then "next one" for D7 chord, then later "five" for some E7 soloing ideas.

What I think he is emphasizing in the demo is outlining the chord in the solo rather than just doing scale run.
