In that shape, I thought it's root on sixth string flat7 on forth string and third on third string
I'm very new in music theory, maybe this is a stupid question

Hi Tomo (and George). At 08:35, the video subtitle shows "R 3 7." Respectfully, I think Yiyang is right and it should read "R 3 b7." This chord is Bb7 according to "TF Lesson 011 Learn R 3 7 Chords," timestamped 7:02.
The generic name is "Root 3rd 7th" chords. By definition, these are Dominant 7th chords: R M3 b7. Yiyang was asking a different question.
