hi! i am trying to understand why and how Edim arp works over Eb. i dont get it! its driving me nuts!! please explain.

Please don't let it drive you nuts! In an upcoming Theory video, Tomo will teach you diminished 7th arpeggios, and you will begin to understand how they work. So, as Tomo would say, "Don't worry!"

Yes, don't worry! Give it some time and you will probably become fascinated with all the amazing things you can do with diminished sounds! I have been playing over 50 years and am still exploring diminished sounds!
