After spending alot of time on c major triads whats the next step i need to take? Do i need to focus on learning all the triads first before moving on?

"Thanks so much for subscribing to my Guitar Wisdom. Please spend plenty of time with C triads, until you can play C triads 3 ways, very smoothly without stopping, and you can really hear those notes clearly before you put your fingers on the fretboard. You can apply these ideas to a few different keys. For instance, F, D, Bb, E or A. It is very important NOT to feel, 'I should do all 12 keys.' That’s a very high expectation! Learn foundation and theory lessons in detail, so that you can handle later lessons. The most important point is that whenever you don’t understand a certain lesson, you need to go back to earlier foundation lessons!"

there seems to be a big jump from 006 and forwards

Know the C major triads and really understand them. Notice the position of the root, the 3, the 5. Notice patterns. Vertical, horizontal. Can you find all of the R-3-5, 3-5-R, and 5-R-3 inversions and sing along with them? What notes are you playing?

Watch the video several times. Take your time on this lesson. Maybe even a month if you need it. I took a few weeks and all of a sudden things started to click.

Once you really get C triads (not just memorizing shapes), move on to the next lesson and learn F and G. From there, it’ll start to click even more and finding the rest of the triads will come naturally (keep learning names of the notes on the fretboard).

Take your time and trust the process and it will all start to make sense.
