Thanks for putting in the videos and providing more details. I was having trouble with bending the strings, I didn't know that you were pulling the guitar close to your body. Just like you said it makes it a lot easier to bend when I practice that way and also place my thumb in the position you mentioned. I am glad that you provided the c major scale video and put so many different ways to practice it. Thanks.
