Just a quick thought, I'd find it helpful to be able to adjust the video speed although It may not be possible on this platform.
On youtube, returning to a lesson I've seen before to brush up I find myself using it a fair bit.

Speed control is not available on this platform. According to our subscribers, a free speed-control plug-in for Chrome/Safari is available online. Tomo and I have not tested the plug-in.
