Has anyone encountered this problem? I can sign in normally, but when I try to play a video a pop up says: "The device limit for your account has been reached. Please sign out of a device to watch.". I only watch from my computer and my phone, but when I logged off of my computer to continue on my phone, it says the same thing. I already tried restarting, logging off from both my phone and computer. Hope someone can help, thanks!
For Joseph my guess is that it was a kind of anti-sharing "feature" of Vimeo to protect against someone posting their account credentials online. Seems that feature took some time to forget about one of your devices.
For Alexander, it doesn't make sense. What is your browser and version number? Can you watch youtube videos or any videos at all? Here is a free vimeo video you can test to see if it works. You must be logged in if you can post on this forum, so my guess is that your connection is not fast enough or your browser is too old.
I am pretty sure it is not an increase in traffic. I can still watch.
