Hi! How are you?
I was looking for some video where i can find a routine of exercises to practice everyday to play fast and clear,
Does anybody know if there´s a video of it?
Do chromatic exercises eg spider. If u want more complicated exercises and play like Steve vai go to guitar mastery va yt
Like the comment above states: The spider exercise is a great warm up. It’s where you play the chromatic scale, all the way up the neck, playing 4 frets in a row, from your index finger to your pinky, then going up 1 string, all the way to the top. Then make sure to go back in the opposite direction. It’s great for dexterity but generally it’s a warm up exercise. Just make sure to do alternate picking. Keep your fingers close to the strings too.
If you’re looking for a practice routine, Tomo has a bunch of solid videos on the subject uploaded to his YT channel.

Great guys! i´ll take your advises and i´ll check out tomo´s channel. Thanks for answer!
definitely recommend the videos above. those have been instrumental for me to getting into a practice routine. after a while, i found i grew tired of it, and one thing that has me really excited is jamming with myself.
get yourself a loop pedal or a digital audio workstation (if you have the money and are interested in production), go through music theory 1 on guitar wisdom to learn why certain notes go with certain chords, and then practice those scales against any chord progressions. use scales with different rhythms, dynamics/power, and experiment with rearranging the notes to get a totally different "non-scale" sounding solo.
you'll internalize the exercises and have a better understanding of why you're practicing them, and develop your own guitar voice along the way.
Great thanks for you answer! i have experienced the same these days with what you are saying. I was practicing diatonic with 7th, and i found "River of tears", a great song from Eric Clapton, and a could use some notes from those videos.
