Tomo Fujita Guitar Wisdom

I have a very fundamental question in regards to a video Tomo has on you tube called A shuffle 3 levels?
The metronome is set at 48 . When I practice on my own with the metronome I cant get in between the clicks unless I just feel it on chance. This is a one of the many holes in my playing your Tomos teaching is exposing. Ive been concentrating on this alone atm just to really slow down but Im spending so much time confusing myself on the timing? Now Ive worked out the A octave of the intro riff is on a click.where should I go in the content in the wisdom site to get my head around this? Thanks

Check out lesson 012 and pay close attention to how he counts out the beats before he plays. With a little practice you will be playing with the shuffle like a king! Remember always go back to the basics when you get confused. Around 11:22 in the video and and just before that he goes into detail on how to practice this. I would watch the whole lesson and keep going back until you feel its time to move on from that lesson.

I think I worked it out ,hes playing a swing feel with clicks on the 2 and 4 ? I had to fill in the 1 and 3 . 48bpm metronome playing a 96bpm tempo?(in re to that A shuffle 3 levels video)
