Is there a Tomo video about correct posture and hand/finger placement on the neck? I've been wondering if my posture is correct and if there's alternative ways to go about it.
I think the Lesson in TF 1 on Grip and Strap is the closest I’ve seen in terms of posture.
I don’t know if this helps, but I have always preferred the classical guitar approach to holding the instrument, but also using a strap. I even have on of the little foot stools for my left foot. I find that it keeps my posture much straighter and I don’t get any strain in my neck or shoulders.
Here is Tomo's comment:
"Thanks so much for subscribing to my Guitar Wisdom. Whenever you have a question about basic technique, you can BROWSE in the Foundation & Technique categories, or you can use the SEARCH function. In this case, see Lesson 003 on Grip & Strap."
