Does anyone have any tips for practicing , strumming and changing between chords? Any types of exercises you do? I’m a new subscriber and have been watching some videos. I wasn’t sure if there was any video that deals with just practicing/exercise. It seems like each video deals with one chord and adds additional information.
play it repeatedly, slowly, until you can do it without thinking. if you have to strain your hand you need to practice it more.
for chord changes, first do the above, until you can play each without any strain, as slowly as you can manage. once you can do that, add a metronome and work towards the desired tempo keeping comfort in mind.
tbh I wouldn't think about it too much. if you keep practicing, your process will probably distill into something like the above.
