Hi Tomo,
At 10:24, you were comparing G13 to G7(b13). It seemed like you were saying that G7(b13) was the V7 of "one." I was trying understand what the "one" was that you were alluding to. Was the "one" in such a case C-7 (which would give you G7(b9, b13) in C harmonic minor?
