Dear Tomo,
Thanks for the lick at 6:26. The is a cool lick over the B7 that is a slight variation on the b9 trick that gives some of the flavors of the "standard" b9 M3 5 b7 trick. It is super helpful to find these little nuggets. I have watched this video many times but this trick finally stuck with me this time.
6:44 cool trick with diatonic dyads in B natural minor (D major). Makes sense that first dyad is D major followed by descending dyads, since I am thinking of DM7 arpeggio over B-7 (D major, C minor, B minor).
7:01 I think this is the same diatonic dyad trick over E-7 (thinking GM7), thinking of triads (G major, F# minor, E minor)
7:57 Sounds like you're thinking B Mixolydian b9 b13 over B7 to take you to E-7.
This is my best guess at what I think you're thinking :) It's helpful at least to write it out like this.
Many many thanks
