Hello there
a bit of background, ive been playing guitar for almost a year(mostly acoustic), i practice every day for 50 min.
ive been wondering about how to get the most from my practice.

"Be flexible, and think about doing these: 1) Fingering exercises. 2) R37 Swing Groove with a metronome (I practice this every day). 3) Practice styles - Blues rhythm & solo, funk guitar, etc.
"Then focus on these, if you are interested: 1) Triads. 2) Music Theory (see the Music Theory series). 3) Ear Training. 4) Sight-Reading (see the Sight-Reading series). You don't need to do these every day.
