It will be very helpful if anyone can explain me G13 chord of the accompany song of the lesson, beacause i cant quite figure it out on my own based on G scale.
I believe your question is about Music Theory 05, where G13 is shown, by degree (R b7 M3 13), at time stamp 3:30. Perhaps it would be helpful to think of the G Mixolydian scale this way:
G(R) A(2) B(M3) C(4) D(5) E(6) F(b7) G(R) A(9) B(M3) C(11) D(5) E(13)
