Does anyone have information about choosing which version of the book to use?
I am surprised it is $30+ so I am thinking of printing it myself and perhaps putting it in a cheap binder.
But first. Does anyone know where they sell the book cheaper?
Or does anyone know if it is legal to print my own of this type of book?

The kindle electronic version is $22 at amazon.
There are also some used copies available there also.
I would encourage you purchase rather than copy.
