In the third measure of exercise 4, we play firsy E-F-G-Α-B and then the triad.
I was wondering how we suppose to play the triad of (D-F-G) because we can find D & F on the same string of D.

You may be mistaking one of the notes and that maybe the D is actually a B? If I am seeing the same music as you. I am seeing the sequence you describe, but I seem to see it in a different measure.
