Tomo Fujita Guitar Wisdom

For many decades I have hauled either a Vibrolux or a MesaBoogie Mark 3 to gigs.
I'm older now and I just want something lighter.
But I want a decent tube style sound. Mostly I play clean with a little reverb

I've tried a bunch of solid state amps but never liked the sound. Just too bright.
Fender introduced the Tonemaster Deluxe Reverb a couple of years ago.
I was wondering if you've played one?
What did you think of it.

I've only played on for a few minutes but I liked it better than any solid state amp I've played.
I also like the fact that it weighs about 1/2 what a Vibrolux does.

Hope you don't mind me adding in here, but I have some mild back issues too. So I bought a Strymon Iridium in case I need to play outside of home, where they have at least a PA system or speaker. Not the same as feeling the force of an amp, but oh well...the back counts for more than the experience these days.

I place it at the end of the pedalboard or i just place it on the ground between guitar and the PA system, that is all. It has very convincing Fender, Marshall and Vox sounds.

"The Fender Silverface Princeton Reverb sounds good, but it is pretty heavy. I like the Fender Musicmaster Bass Amp. It's not powerful, but the tone is great!"
