Dear Tomo Fujita,
Thank you for making your great lessons available online. Finding your channel on YouTube and then Guitar Wisdom course was exactly what I needed to elevate my guitar skills. I have been subscribed for 3 months and I am greatly enjoying the content.
The question I want to ask is what should I think about when playing triads fast?
I fully understand the theory, how the triad is constructed. However, when I try to play different positions faster, my brain wants to think of shapes instead of Do Mi So or the names of notes. Is this normal?
Also, when practicing triads in a different key, my thought process to finding the triad position is this:
1. Remember where the closest root note is.
2. Decide which triad shape to play around that root note.
Is that a good way of finding triads or is there a better/more effective way?
Once again, massive Thank You for putting so much effort into this course!
