Hi there,

If there is anyone that can help me with a payment issue that would be great. I am trying to subscribe but it says my card has been declined. I have tried 2 different cards and triple checked the details and balance but having no luck. I am a huge fan of Tomo and am dying to subscribe to this! If anyone has experienced this same problem and has found a solution, I would love to hear. Any help is appreciated :)

Hi. My credit card was blocked for most countries by my default security properties. I had to unblock my card for usa in my banking app.

When this happens to me, I usually need to call the bank. They automatically decline for anti-fraud reasons, and you can get them to "whitelist" the site, then just try again.
