I Notice that the entire focus is on ascending the scale and singing with the 3 note pairs. I am curious about why there was nothing mentioned about using this practice for descending the scales as well.

Tomo, should I do these exercises with the singing exactly as shown, or should I do them in reverse as well, so that I can practice ear training and singing for descending the scales as well?
