At 10:42 - 10:44 over the D7, I am wondering what you are thinking. It sounds like D mixolydian b9 b13 which would suggest G harmonic minor . . . I don't know if that's right but I was trying to understand the solo in terms of the flow of the chords. Since G minor seventh is the chord in the next measure, it might be the case that you are anticipating the upcoming chord and linking the D7 and Gm7. If this is wrong or there is something else that you were thinking, please let me know.
