I'm following along to the foundations course on bending and trying to do the C major scale bending exercise, and I'm finding it difficult to do a whole step bend, especially on the G-string. Any tips on how to really lock in that whole step bend would be greatly appreciated. I wonder if my action is too high?
Here is Tomo's comment:
"Thanks so much for subscribing to my Guitar Wisdom. Bending technique is very difficult to master! Please check: (1) your finger position -- a slight angle can make a big difference in your sound; (2) your finger pressure -- too much pressure makes clean bending more difficult; and (3) your string height -- not too low . . . my string height is 2.00 mm at the 12th fret. Please watch the string bending lesson video a few more times. And check out the new bending lesson (available soon) on my YouTube channel."
