Playing the chords is not a problem, playing/hearing the scale itself is also not a problem.
But when I want to practice a scale over a backing track it just doesnt work for me..
I can go one finger approach up and down the scale on one string & one octave, but thats about it.
To see and hear u improvising over the backing track like that is a bit overwhelming.
Any tips to get a grip on this?

I'm working on triads now. Playing triads over some simple chords is really help me improve.
