Dear Tomo Sensei,
This has confused me for a long time and please answer when you are not busy.
1. What's the most professional way of singing do re mi fa so la ti when a sharp or flat is involved?
2. When in different mode, for example in A Aeolian (minor), and you have a riff ( A B C D E), do you sing(or think) as " la ti do re mi" or as " 1 2 3b 4 5"?
3. Am is 6m chord in C major and 1m(root chord) in A Minor, if you are writing a Minor song, do you think of the chord progression in C major or in A minor? For example, a "vi–IV–I–V" progression, some people say the correct way is to write it as "i - VI -III-VII" because it's minor.
Hope I'm describing my question correctly, I'm home teaching my 5year old and I want him to have the most authentic answer from the best music brain (yours ^_^) in the world.
