Hello Mr. Fujita
I have a question regarding lessons B12 and B13 in the beginner series. How much theory should I have learned before I get to B12 and B13 because in these lessons there was a lot of theory I did not understand.

The very first music theory video about the C major scale should be all you need. You only need to understand the intervals between the scale degrees of a major scale and the chord numbers based on the scale degrees in order to understand B12. He does make a passing reference to some more complicated things, but the lesson is not dependent on understanding that in order to make the key change in the example.
I think it is ok to learn a little songwriting chords, then learn a little theory, then learn fundamentals, learn the fretboard, learn some triads, learn a little reading .... all at once. Just go slow and review each topic.
Tomo does have a suggested order in his Guitar Wisdom introduction series, Exploring Guitar Wisdom and "How to Learn with Guitar Wisdom" (QAP02) in the Q&A/Proficiency section. The learning to read series starts right at the very beginning, from naming notes.
Here is Tomo's comment:
"Thanks so much for subscribing to my Guitar Wisdom. There are no strict requirements. Whenever you have questions about theory, please visit the Music Theory section. Take your time, and learn deeply! There is no need to rush."
