I tried to jump ahead to the Triad Foundation from the Foundation 1 and was not able to keep up after the second video. The Foundation 1 is a really comprehensive review and has a lot of exercises to build good form and discipline and it is worth the effort to finish in my mind. So that's still where I spend the bulk of my time with the instrument plugged in.
I think it's ok to watch ahead to let ideas soak in for a while. For example, I like to watch the theory ones to help reinforce the concepts I've learned over the years. But-- I will have to go back and play along and do the work on the instrument when I'm finished with the Foundation 1 and Triad Foundation work.
Just the bending exercises and the intro to the triads in Foundation 1 are a lot to work on for a month. There are 17 videos there, so it's a lot of material. And it will at least introduce Triads.
