Hi! I'm new here and I don't really understand what he means by using "Do Re Mi" to connect triands and proceeds to play A triad and plays notes (A - B - C#) same with F#min Triad and E triad

Movable Do ... so you can apply other triads.

Plus this way you train your ears.

When you practice basic triads in Major or minor...
Just one ... C or F or G or... A...
Do Mi So / Mi So Do / So Do Mi...

The do re mi that you speak of, tomo is just playing a simple improvisation, playing the first three notes, the do re mi, of the scale that the triads are built from. He does that for the A, E, F minor and the D triads. It’s nothing to get confused about, Just a little improvisation to go along with the triads.
