Definitely I recommend to check " Beginner " section.
Then " Theory " section.
Sight-Reading section is very good!
Triad section is very helpful too.

You didn’t say if you’ve been through the foundational lessons yet. Rather than jump straight into the blues lessons, which you could do of course, there’s a lot of material in the foundations and the music theory one sections that would probably be a good primer for any of the other Lesson sections. I’m talking foundations in triads techniques chords and I even think there’s a blues foundation section. And of course music theory one has a ton of stuff about scales modes and the like.
