Hi Tomo sensei and all on the site.
In the Beginner Series several different strumming patterns are showed. My question is: suppose I am listening on the radio a song and i know the chords progression, how can I decide the best pattern that fit the tune?

Hi, I think the easiest way would be just to listen and to try. Sometimes it is advised to apply a certain strumming pattern or the exact same strumming pattern and sometimes it is possible to use different ones without sacrifying to much of the original song or mood. Just be creative and patient with yourself!

I think Andy gives good advice here, especially about being creative. I don’t really think there’s a “best”, except for what sounds best to your own ear. Who was the very famous musician Who said “if it sounds good, it is good“.
