what are they?

Update!
I found the explanation in minute 9:05
E triad added bass in A = AMaj9 (R957)
or think about the AMaj triad xx11 9 10 x and move 3rd to 2nd (9th) and rout to 7th and add bass in A Rout note

and
B triad added bass in E = Emaj9 (R957)
or think about the EMaj triad x7545x (R35R) and move 3rd to 2nd (9th) and move rout note on B strings to 7th

B is the V of E. E is the V of A. The V triad makes a 9 5 M7 sound, like a piano!"
