Generally E is conaidered a sharp key on the cycle of 5ths.
So usually in music when talking about an E triad we usually use the notes
E-G#-B
But its not wrong to also call G# also calll it Ab, they are the same note with 2 different ways of naming it. The fancy name for this is “enharmonic”.
All the triads are spelt this way in music:
CEG
DFA
EGB
FAC
GBD
ACE
BDF
it doesnt matter if the key is sharp or flat stick to these note names for the triads.
Fore example,
Take the triad E and the triad Eb
They are both spelt the same, but the notes are either sharp or flat but the letters remain the same
E triad = E-G#-B
Eb triad = Eb-G-Bb
Both are e-g-b
I hope this helps
and well done for working on your triads for 2 months, keep up the great work
