Your You Tube videos on Triads have prompted me to change my learning approach and I am amazed at my progress. Justin Guitar and self taught for 10 years and I struggled with theory. Practicing triads has led to my “noodling” with triads on my own. This has made me focus on listening and understanding how to build chords and move across the fretboard with a little more confidence. Thanks so much!

Even you know about the topic but you never know " What approach? " so please be patient and watch a few videos.
I highly recommend to practice these:
1) Chromatic scale on 4th & 3rd string only. 5-10 minites a day
2) Root 3rd 7th / Root 7th 3rd Swing Groove. Even 3-5 minutes a day
3) Learn all Triad Inversions with super slow pace. This makes you understand your left hand thumb position so well!
Get rid of any string/finger noises. Prepare well on lower set strings 654 and 543 set. These will give you a lot of confidence and freedom!
