Hi Tomo, I'm learning this solo etude and was wondering if you could help me with the rhythm, specifically bar 8 (G7b13). I think you are coming in on beat 3 after counting aloud "1-2" or is it the 'and' of 2? It seems like when the chord changes to C-7 we've just landed on the 'g' note. Try to count 1& 2& 3& 4& and find out each rhythms... down beat? Or Up beat?
A little difficult one is Triplet. Feel ... TA ta ta Ta ta ta .... ta Ta ta ta Ta ta.... ta ta Ta ta ta Ta...
I use a lot of M3 5 b7 b9 on G7 chord.... Then resolve on G which is 5th of C-7.
Jazz Blues is fun too! You can practice R 3 7 & triads too.

Thanks Tomo, I will explore the rhythm like you suggest!
Basically it's not too hard to learn those pitches but the timing & all note durations are very difficult to understand.
So I pay more attention on rhythms & duration of notes and each note's dynamics.
