Thanks so much for subscribing my Guitar Wisdom.
Just like my private lessons. I don't have exactly same way to teach. I always want to give all my students to have a few choices.
Foundation, triads, scales, arpeggios, any techniques are so important for your performance.
Beginner series means... simple things and also important topics..not just east things.
So you can check a few items from beginner series.
Then go to theory section to see how much you really understand each items. (not shapes!)
Then learn triads, R 3 7 Swing and blues.
Those already pretty things that you can learn.
Please let me know which video was confusing, which way? I am very curious.
Triads, you need to learn name of notes, intervals & Do Mi So (singing)
You should focus only 3 strings set (only one at time)
So maybe you can focus on this for a few weeks.

For picking, this one is good.

Try to learn Root 3rd 7th chords

Something like these... pick 3 lessons and learn them super slowly.
Then add one more... search any related those topics.
PS, Sight-reading series is so good! Everything is written so no need to learn anything before.
You can learn understand the fretboard & muting technique and more! You will gain confidence too!
Thank you for sharing.
