So, with pull offs I've seen it described as a flick off and when i would try as a flick off i noticed the sound is somewhat out of control. If that makes sense? I noticed when i use the maeaty part of my finger right under the center of my finger and slide my finger down from that point i get a clearer more controlled dare i say more perfect sound.
Did i misunderstand that original video i saw? Or am I doing it wrong?
Not wrong it's just the way I'm going to continue do it because i like it. improper technique is the question? I've been going on reddit a bit and i want to give sound advice and help when i can. Of course i send ppl here. Bit I've frustrated myself so much i do like to help ppl when i can. Sorry I'm long winded the more i learn the more concise I'll be. Thanks.
Thank you so much for sharing.
Which video are you talking about?
Use less pressure to press and pull the string with less pressure so that any pitches are steady.
Do this with very slow ... Phrasing variations.
If I can add this topic to up coming new lessons, I would love to do.
Thank you.

I’m glad I found your instruction on pull offs. I have trouble striking unwanted strings which causes unwanted noise. Is it better to keep fingers more curved? Also, do you have any videos about this specific topic? As always I appreciate you Tomo for all you help and guidance.
Thank you Jamie! It's all about muting technique. Do you practice Chromatic Exercise everyday? Only 4th and 3rd string.
Slighly... so that you can mute any higher strings with your inside of left fingers. I think I need to make my demo video on this technique. Thank you so much for your kind words.

Yes, I do practice the chromatic exercise every day. It’s one of my favorite exercises to start the day because it helps me concentrate on, not pushing the strings down so hard, which makes it more comfortable to play. I haven’t really been concentrating on muting the other strings with my fretting fingers like you suggested I will do that from now on.
Thank you Jamie! So happy to hear that. Good job! I practice chromatic scale everyday. You can focus on play clean tone. No noise from string, any fingers. Keep working!
