I'm a beginner and have been playing for a couple weeks I have no knowledge on music theory whatsoever. I am currently working on the Essential Chords, Picking, Strumming, Muting section and was wondering where to go after that?

Next one is a little bit Theory lessons. Especially learning Major scale on one string / intervals.
Then you can try learning Major Triad inversions.
You can also check any techniques. Chromatic scale exercise. R 3 7 Swing groove (Shell chords)
You can learn some 7th chords.
If you really want to learn more important guitar techniques, then try "Sight-Reading" section.
