After you learn C triad., you need to make your video playing C triad in 3 ways.
So please watch this video so that you understand how to play 3 ways.

Then try to play same on other keys but please don't hurry to think 12 keys!
Do well in each one.
1) Do 3 ways with C Major Triad.
2) Do 3 ways with F Major Triad.
3) Do 3 ways with Bb Major Triad.
Do those really well for 2-3 weeks.
then you can add others.

I also have a question about triads.
Towards the end of a few of the videos, you suggest we improvise using Do Re Mi to connect triads. After giving it some thought I don't understand how.
Is there any way to explain this without much difficulty?

In that video, I showed 3 levels on how to learn & use triad inversion.
1) G D Em C
2) Play all inversions on 123 set string. This part you should know all triads very well.
This mean, you know all the triads on 123 set string. You should know which inversion to start.
3) Play Do Re Mi on each chord then you mix two inversions.
