What’s the best way to improve finger stretches on your fretting hand, I really struggle with this, especially reaching up and down the fretboard, my fingers really hurt, even after a good warmup, thank you.

Thank you Tomo, the problem I have is I have small hands, when I practice triads I can pick the individual notes but when I try and strum them together I struggle reaching, let’s say I can depress two out of the three then trying to get that third note is where encounter pain because of the stretch, it’s as if I can’t get my fingers in a good position, I hope that’s a better explanation of my problem. No problem. You can practice your left hand thumb position lower in general and play them super slowly and try to use less pressure. Shorter strap & do not sit on the couch! Sit on chair and do straight your back. Let's think more option. Maybe you should post this playing on your YouTube so we all understood your struggles. Thank you for sharing. I am learning too.
