Thank you so much! So happy to see this video.
Good job playing my blues solo etude!
1) Blues etude melody. To hear more yourself, play 2-3 times and record it. Listen back. (I needed to listen first 35 seconds 4 times)
3&7 fill, you should pick with a pick and your finger and play a little softer. (Backing track is a little busy. Better no guitar in backing)
Phrase for IV chord. Play each note separately and watch out unwanted noises from lower strings. 00:13-00:15)
V to IV ... 3&7 two notes. Too loud!
2) Solo- Good job! You need more good rest between each phrase. End of phrase note... a little too long. Duration!
Good job on phrase with bending from M6 to b7 on IV chord,
3) Solo 2 - End of phrase, when you bend up to... don't bring that pitch down! It's hard to do.
4) Solo 3 - Good job on chromatic bend. You need to practice only bending technique with Major Scale.
Turn around, you added one beat before that turn around.
Great job over all!
Thank you for sharing!
So practice more details.
Make yourself simple backing track with just simple bass line or simple R 3 7 swing groove so you can hear more details.
Personally I never practiced with backing track like this because it got too much information that already filled space.

Thank you so much for your comments you are one of the biggest reasons that i rediscovered the love with guitar! your playing and your mindset really made me to strive every day to learn new things and become more serious with understanding music overall and guitar playing, grew confidence and pleasure from the instrument and let myself be patient and enjoy the journey! For sure i am not considering myself a great player and i know that i need much more practise and time to figure out things but i look forward to it. I kind of messed up the time in the last turnaround!😅 i didn't took too many takes so the performance has the struggles that i usually have and the mistakes! I will try to hybrid pick the 3&7 and play them softer! Fix the unwanted noise sink with the time and execute this beautiful phrases even better! I will upload also the another blus etude only with metronome. I also try to keep money so that i can buy the prinston reverb amp that you recommend me because i have a cheap spider v20 and i am not in love with the sound! And i am very new to all this gear thing because i was acoustic player and singer type of player and play electric guitar only 10 months! Again many thanks for the feedback and lessons best wishes from Greece.
You're very welcome! Thank you so much for your reply.
I really appreciate your kind words. So happy to hear that.
For this type video, better not to practice it too much.
A few takes are fine. Include a few mistakes is good to show yourself.
Practice to play 3rd & 7th softer with fingers.
Please watch more details in that solo etude.
Only 10 months! Amazing!
Thank you.

End of phrase.... a little different.
Over all good. Good copy!
Pace is way too fast!
Play a little slower and check each phrase's duration value.
Very important to copy a little more accurate.
Good job!
Thank you.

One request.
When you post a video, it's nice to explain a little more details.
Like... which lesson video number? with the title of lesson etc.
So that other subscribers can understand where this blues etude come from.
Thank you.
Tomo
Nice job!
Hi Mr Fujita sorry for the late response i had a very busy weak! I will try next time to be very accurate but this time because i learn alot time ago this solos i don't exactly remember! The 2nd Video is a copy from Bb blues form the blues section! The first Video is a mix from different phrases that i liked and picked up from your lessons again on the blues section! Mostly from E blues soloing ideas and bb king style simple phrasing! Also the last part of the 1st video i learned it from a YouTube Video that unfortunately i tried but i couldn't find it!
Again thank you very much for the time you give to make us better to pick the 3td and 7 with both pick and finger sound so much better! Also the second video is far more tastefully in lower speed! I usually play it at 90 or 80 but because the other video was at 90 i thought i will put this at 100! Thank you also MJS for your kind words.
No worry! Thank you so much for your reply! Please take your time reviewing the details. Great to demonstrate your study from Guitar Wisdom lesson video. For forum, please post only related Guitar Wisdom lessons. You're very welcome! Thank you!
Tomo
Yes ofcourse this YouTube video that i refer to for the last 12 bar in the 1st video is yours! Also I think this phrase is demonstrated also in various lessons in guitar wisdom (the chromatic bends) us a technique is also in the technique section in sting bends!
Thank you for sharing! I say same things very often so that other members will aware this guideline.
Thank you!
