Learn C Major scale on one string with Intervals, singing *Ear Training.
Learn triad inversions: Do Mi So, Mi So Do, So Do Mi = R M3 5, M3 5 R, 5 R M3 etc.
When you learn chords. Am7 : 5 7 5 5 5 5 = R 5 b7 b3 5 R ...

I would suggest taking notes while watching the videos. You can record things like the notes, intervals, chord and chord progression information. Good luck!
