Tomo Fujita Guitar Wisdom

I am trying to figure out what lesson Tomo is referencing when going over the 7th chord shapes, he mentions lesson 14, but I'm not sure what one he is referencing for sure. Trying ot figure them out myself is not going so great, does anyone know which video he's talking about?

Not sure about the lesson but here is a great free theory guitar book which i use as a referennce it has all the chord, scale, interval and triad and shell chord and drop 2 chord shapes and degrees.

Hi my friend i am sure that our professor will give you his guidance.! Go to the chords lesson 1 if you think for yourself the degrees of the basic chord shapes with 6 and 5 sting the roots then is very easy to to just change the degrees to find what you want you just need also to know that dominant 7 chords have M3 and b7 the minor7 chords have minor 3rd and b7 and Major M3 and M7! I hope I helped. I am personally a bit overwhelmed with the improvisation lesson in this song!
