I hope you are doing well and are enjoying your weekend with us and especially your family!

What are some next steps for triads. I think I'm decent enough to know all the triads and their inversions for major and minor up and down the neck with some confidence. I know the triad notes, intervals with singing, and type of inversion and have also done some simple chord progressions you've recommended in your videos, and can do some decent voice leading between them in the chord progressions. Oh and I've started to learn the diminished triads on strings 1, 2, 3 & arpeggios

What should I do next? Metronome? Other progressions? Stay the course?

You advice would be greatly appreciated!

How about following jazz standard chord progressions.

Play 3 triads inversions from lowest position to higher position.
Slowly! Sustain each triads, no slides, no noise!

123 set strings first, then you can try 234 set if you wish.

Start with Blue Bossa or Autumn Leaves.

I found practicing the pentatonic shapes based on triads helped my playing.
