Hi Tomo,
Each time I tune my guitar my left wrist gets sore before I start playing, even after stretching my wrists for the first time before the session. What can I do to avoid injury? I"m not sure how to relax my wrists to tune via harmonics and even turning the pegs hurts.
Please let me know, I feel like I'm doing something wrong here,

When you feel any part of your hands hurt... stop immediately because it's nor worth is.
So you need to figure out how you get this pain.
To avoid injury, do not do anything that makes you hurt or uncomfortable.
This is posture & technique issue.
1) Play anything super slow! Insanely slow. So any speed or fast playing you should not do.
2) Make sure that your guitar body is held by your part of body and right elbow.
3) Use a strap, shorter so that left side of guitar body is lifting up from your body.
4) Definitely you did hurt your hand by over work. Just like you type computer many hours.
